Con mi intervención anterior queda aclarada esta mentira de "Ángela".En el tema de "rendimiento adecuado", da la casualidad de que sobre la persona sobre la que trata el post, no la pueden ver ni sus ex-compañeras.

Tampoco creo necesario perder más tiempo con este provocador o provocadora, de los muchos que abundan en nómina de las empresas para estos menesteres, con cargos de jefecillos o contratados para este tipo de casos en particular. En este foro tod@s tenemos claro, como dice apacheanarco, dónde están nuestros enemigos y quien merece y quien no nuestra solidaridad. No la escatimaremos para con Fátima, os pongais como os pongais. En Noviembre entró esta persona en la web de CNT-Sevilla, con el mismo argumento hizo un comentario del mismo modo. Y esta mañana ha entrado en CNT-Sevilla, a la misma hora que hizo sus comentarios aquí, para dejar otro comentario y preguntar por las fotos de la FAU-IAA (sigue puesto).
Ahora vamos por partes, como dijo Jack.
Plus Supermercados lleva tiempo reconociendo la improcedencia del despido, y por ende la mala fe con la que actuó, incluso ha ofrecido dinero en dos ocasiones según parece, en acto de conciliación y en la propia vista. La vista está aplazada para que esté un Fiscal a valorar los hechos, de ese modo ya es la propia compañía, por dos ocasiones, la que reconoce la improcedencia del despido. Así pues cualquier calificación o valoracíon de los hechos en contra de lo que dice Plus Supermercados, que el despido es improcedente, es incierto pues al igual que Plus, CNT sostiene los mismos argumentos que la empresa: que el despido no se ajusta a derecho, con la única salvedad de que la empleada no quiere el dinero sino que se le devuelva su puesto de trabajo, por tanto esta persona está fuera de los márgenes dictados por la empresa, si tiene algo que alegar como parte interesada que parece que es esta persona, lo puede hacer en la vista que hay para dentro de unos días en Sevilla, donde la fiscalía actuará si lo cree conveniente en relación a diversos derechos fundamentales vulnerados a esta trabajadora que denuncia tanto ella como el sindicato.

Der Konflikt begann damit, dass Fátima nach Geburt ihrer Tochter um feste tägliche Arbeitszeiten bat, um sich um ihr Kind kümmern zu können. Was könnt IHR tun?
Die miese Behandlung von Fátima durch PLUS in Sevilla ist sicherlich nichts besonders "Spektakuläres". Sie ist eine Schikane, wie sie von Firmen jeden Tag tausendfach gegen ArbeiterInnen ausgeübt wird. Gerade deshalb aber ist es wichtig, gegen den Rauswurf von Fátima vorzugehen. Damit das Management sich darüber im Klaren wird, dass es mit seinen täglichen Schweinereien im Dienste der Ausbeutung von Arbeitskraft zunehmend auf Widerstand stoßen wird. Um Fátima zu unterstützen und um PLUS den Spass an einer Wiederholung solcher Paktiken zu vermiesen, könnt ihr beispielsweise Beschäftigte und KundInnen über die Praktiken bei PLUS in Sevilla informieren und mit ihnen diskutieren (ein Beispiel für einen Flugblatt-Text und ein Protestschreiben findet sich unter (http://fau-bonn.de/Members/Hein/Plus-Fl ... f/download). Anarcho-syndikalistische Gewerkschaften waren schon immer international organisiert und haben sich gegenseitig über künstliche Landesgrenzen hinweg in Arbeitskämpfen unterstützt. Und auch im Fall von PLUS ist eine Ausweitung der Aktionen jederzeit möglich und wahrscheinlich. In Österreich und der Schweiz sind bereits Aktionen in Vorbereitung. Die Kette PLUS selbst verfügt über Filialen in Deutschland, Österreich, Polen, Portugal, Spanien, Tschechien und Ungarn. Der Mutterkonzern, TENGELMANN mit einem Jahresumsatz von rund 26 Mrd. Euro, den 183.000 ArbeiterInnen in 7.500 Filialen erwirtschaften, ist über seine Ketten A&P, OBI, KIK und Kaiser's Tengelmann darüber hinaus in Bosnien-Herzegowina, Italien, Russland, der Schweiz, Slowenien und den USA vertreten.
Was könnt IHR tun?
Die miese Behandlung von Fátima durch PLUS in Sevilla ist sicherlich nichts besonders "Spektakuläres". Sie ist eine Schikane, wie sie von Firmen jeden Tag tausendfach gegen ArbeiterInnen ausgeübt wird. Gerade deshalb aber ist es wichtig, gegen den Rauswurf von Fátima vorzugehen. Damit das Management sich darüber im Klaren wird, dass es mit seinen täglichen Schweinereien im Dienste der Ausbeutung von Arbeitskraft zunehmend auf Widerstand stoßen wird.
